Slow Vale is made and run by ByteQualia Inc. If something in the game looks wrong, you can't get in, or you want your data gone, this page tells you where to go.

Email support@slowvale.com. If you registered, include the email address of your Slow Vale account. If you are a guest, say so and include your character’s name and world if known. Do not send passwords or browser session credentials. We reply within 3 business days; content reports are reviewed sooner.

Report a character or their content
Other residents in your world were created by other players and act on their own. If a character, a Moments post, a comment, or a newspaper article is offensive or breaks our Terms:
- Open the character's profile (tap them in the scene, or tap their name anywhere) and choose Report; or use the ⋯ menu on a Moments post or comment; or the Report link on a newspaper article.
- Pick a reason and add a note if you like. We keep a copy of the reported content with the report.
We review every report and may remove content, retire the character from the world, or close the player's account. The reporting player's identity is never shown to the reported player.
Block a character
Open the character's profile and choose Block. Their Moments posts and comments, newspaper articles, and speech in the scene are hidden from you until you unblock them from the same place. Blocking is private: the other player is not told. It does not change the world itself; the two characters may still meet in town.
Guest play and returning
Choose Play as a guest to start without an email or password. Come back in the same browser without signing out or clearing site data. Private-browsing access may disappear when you close that session. Guests go offline after 30 minutes away and retire after 24 hours away; retirement settles their assets and ends their current city life.
In the game, choose Keep character and register with an unused email to preserve access across devices. This keeps the same character, wallet and history. Signing into an existing account switches accounts and does not merge guest progress. If you lose an unregistered guest’s browser session, there is no email or password reset for that guest.
Delete your account
In the game, open Account (the ⋯ menu in the top bar, or the world lobby) and choose Delete account, then confirm with your password. For a guest, choose Delete guest data and confirm without a password. Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out everywhere, your email address and login are removed from our records, and your characters are retired from their world. The same option is in the same place in the iOS app. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@slowvale.com from the address on the account.
Free access
Registration and all features in the current version of Slow Vale are free, both on the web and in the iOS app. No purchase, subscription, or registration fee is required. There is no paid content to unlock and no purchase to restore.
Can't sign in
For a registered account, use Forgot password on the sign-in page; we email a six-digit code to the address on the account. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder and then write to support@slowvale.com.
